give button some time to update it,  it was a major update

  • Gladiusetscutum85 - 05.08.2020

You'd hope that WG would  be organised enough to let external programmers have access early enough that propgrams like this would be up to date on the same release date.  Or is that being too optimistic re WG?

  • Gladiusetscutum85 - 15.08.2020

Done the download, unzip & copy thing, then re-started WoTNuumbers (twice).

It's now brought up my Credits & XP for today [which are pretty grim - only 25% WR today L-(  ] but no Credits, XP  or Map data between then and Tuesday 4th August which iirc was WoT update day.

Not greatly concerned - no doubt it will get sorted in a WoTNumbers update soon.  Really just mentioning it so you guys are aware.

Unfortunately, this data was lost and no update will save you.

XP, Credits and some other data are taken from battleresult files. They are loaded from WOT server after end of a battle. ?ollected in this folder:

    C:\Users\<WinUser>\AppData\Roaming\Wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks\battle_results

which is cleared when WOT client has been closed

  • Zavar - 18.08.2020

On my install (not sure if it is WOTNumbers or another mod), in my World_of_Tanks installation folder there is a vBAddict folder which also has .dat files that don't get cleared.  These can be copied to the battle_results folder and then WOTNumbers processes them.  With this, I ended up being able to restore most, not all, of my battle results.

I think this is the work of BRR mod installed from the settings. Stores battleresults while vbaddict "temporarily" offline.

I would like to have an option to find and  update the results  from the VBAddict directory by mouse-menu selection in WoT Numbers. Is that possible ??

I used original ActiveDossierUploader.exe fo it over 2 yers ago.

As far as I remember, in BRR mod I saw a code that does the same.

Try BRR.  Install button in last tab of settings.

That s not what I am asking for. I have BRR installed already (for years now). My point is that I now have to do it manually while it could be from WoT Numners menu (just add the directory to VBAddict directory in settings ), etc.

  • BuSH - 19.08.2020

I understand. You want ask to developer(s) own BR backup function.

It's strange that saving BR files is not done automatically if it is impossible to parse the data

  • BuSH - 20.08.2020

  • BadButton - 23.08.2020

Hi all, I have been away from home for a while. On my way back now, will investigate and make fixes asap sealed

  • BuSH - 24.08.2020

You can use my fix by making a repack

I did carefully kept all the original markup and it's suitable for the release version.

  • BadButton - 24.08.2020

Sorry, did not see your comment BuSH before just now (too late cool) - Thanks for making a fix while I was gone btw !

The new Asia Map not see

The new Asia Map not see

I was afraid that could happen. I have added it, but i need to get the map number (mapid) for the new map from a battle.

After playing a battle on the new map, the map name will not show until this is correct.

You can help me find this by adding the column "Battle ID" on the battle view from "Edit Battle View..." menu.

Make a note of the Battle ID for the battle that is played on the new map, and then run this SQL query from Settings + Show database Tables + Run SQL, put in the relevant battle id into the end of this query:

SELECT mapid FROM battle WHERE id = <battle id number>

    For example:

SELECT mapid FROM battle WHERE id = 106333

The result will be the number of the map that I need.

I will eventually end up on the new map myself, and then I will fix it of course

  • Nobody33 - 26.08.2020

    OK, i have Use

Two Battles Today of this Map

    ID 1 = 55837

    ID 2 = 55848

I use SELECT mapid FROM battle WHERE id = 55837

I use SELECT mapid FROM battle WHERE id = 55848

    both = 60

  • BadButton - 26.08.2020

Thanks Nobody33, I can see in the data table "map" that number 60 is available, so it seems to be correct.

I'll fix it and send out a new version.

  • BadButton - 27.08.2020

New version released, hopefully Perl River are now showing on battle view

  • Nobody33 - 27.08.2020

    Thanks

  • Nobody33 - 27.08.2020

    I show just all Replays

    I see a Battle of a Map "Azagir 4.04" Battle ID is = 55859

all other Maps have a picture in the Maps, this not

I show  the Replay. The Map is Berlin

    Is use SQL

SELECT mapid FROM battle WHERE id = 55859

    Result = 89

I hope you can fix this

  • BadButton - 27.08.2020

Is anyone else getting problems accessing this thread via the email notificationn link?  For most of the replies here, the webpage has started to open, but then just hung.

I  can  access it via the  homepage > forum > thread, but not direct from the link itself.  I usually just trim the address on the hung page and go from there.

Mentioned in case it helps anyone else.
