Database error and 0 tanks in garage

When I install and then the program tries to get the database, I get this error and can't update my garage. Shows 0 (zero) tanks.

Try to create a new database. It can take a while, let your computer work uninterrupted during the process.

I did this and still shows 0 tanks in garage on update.  Also shows tanks I do not have or never had.

Still getting 0 tanks in garage. As a test I used an old account (34 battles). It's missing 3 premium tanks that were added by WG, "Mika", "T-50-2", and "Pz II D".  Nothing I do will show the correct tanks.

On my active account it's showing tanks that I no longer have or never had, while still showing 0 tanks in garage.  Also when I update tanks in Garage it shows a blank screen afterwards.

I have to close the app for it to reset and it then defaults to "My Tanks" and shows every tank I own or used to own but sold and tanks I never even had.

Not sure what else I can to to make it work correctly.

Did you "reset" you WoT user account?

  • Sailorboy - 20.12.2018

Yes I reset everything. I deleted WOT numbers and installed it fresh each time with the same results. I either have no tanks in my garage after update or if I leave  it at default, I have every tank that I ever played, rentals included. I even had a battle result where the wrong tank was shown in the result but everything else (map, frags, etc) was correct.

Nothing I can do will fix it.

Normally reinstalling the application will not help for these kind of issues. You can try to create a new database, or just delete the config-file to force the system to start up creating a new database. You find info about this from the User Guides section in this forum.

You can find some useful info here: User Guide: App Settings

I was just wondering if you had done any change to your Wargaming user account. I know resetting the user might cause the stats to get out of sync for a while.
